Can it be?

Logan just days old . . .
Can it be that I'm actually DONE nursing? Yes folks, I nursed for 17 1/2 months. Initially I thought I'd nurse Logan for a year, but when the time came, he had NO INTEREST in slowing down. I think I've dragged on the weaning process too because, well, it was a pleasant experience (I know, I'm lucky) and Logan is my baby and it's a little hard to see him grow. I think I could use a little break before the next kid anyway. :)

Good for you! We actually just took the binky away from Zac this week too.

You do deserve a break! It was so nice seeing you at Deseret Book! It was fun seeing Logan in person too. :)

Wow what a power mom! My kids both started screaming a lot when they were around 6 months old whenever I would try to feed them. I think I just wasn't producing enough and they were constantly hungry. I have read somewhere that if you have thyroid issues it can cause low production of milk. I made it 8 months with Caleb and 7 with Claire. I figure I would rather them be full on formula that screaming every couple of hours for my milk. Good for you for lasting so long. Isn't it so nice to completely have your body back for a while. I didn't mind nursing too much but I loved it when I was done. I like having my body for myself.
