Logan and I made fresh orange-pineapple juice this morning.

Logan helped by collecting the oranges in the bowl, emptying the bowl, and being my taste-tester.

It was a delicious way to start the day.

5K

I hate to admit this, but I haven't run a single race since my marathon in 2005. So sad! I can't blame anyone but myself. I was really excited when my sister-in-law asked Benj and me to run in a 5k last Saturday. It was so much fun!

Are We Insane?

Attention Everyone! We (Benj and I) want everyone to know they we are taking the INSANITY challenge. I'm not promising any before pictures, but in 60 days we'll show you the after ones!
