Summer - Week 3

 June 21 - FATHER'S DAY
Benj had left for China the day before so we didn't get to celebrate with him on Father's Day. The kids sang in church and we made a video for Benj to watch (both at church and at home). We missed him terribly! Here is a funny picture of Norah singing while I played the keyboard.

 June 22
Logan started private swimming lessons at the pool. His goal was to feel comfortable putting his head all the way in the water. He responded well to his teacher and made some good progress. Norah, Max and I enjoyed swimming while he did his lesson and Logan would join us afterward. One memorable moment was when Logan got out of the pool to get his towel. He heard the "Shake It Off" song playing over the speakers and started shaking his booty right on the side of the pool. He's hilarious!

Max also discovered his artistic side while playing with markers. What better canvas than your belly? And can you handle that outie?

June 23
Norah loves to help me water the plants and garden. She's my good helper.

June 24
We took Grandma Bradshaw out to lunch for her birthday! The kids made these puppets too (gotta love Chick-Fil-A)!

June 25th
More swimming!

and Daddy arrived home! We missed him SO much!

Summer - Week 1

It is now officially summer! I plan on writing weekly posts, documenting with pictures (hopefully). Let the fun commence!

June 5th
We got free Krispy Kremes - the kids love watching the donut-making machine.

Afterward we visited the train museum. The kids LOVED it.

June 7th
We did some trampoline jumping . . .

and some bike riding.

June 8th
Fun at the park with our cousin Colton. Max zonked out before the fun even began.

June 9th
Logan finally saved enough money to buy this $110 lego set. To say he was excited would be an understatement. No surprise he finished it in 2 days.

June 10th
Art project!

June 12th
Feeding the ducks at a nearby park

June 13th
Fun at Cherry Hill! Logan and Norah were both brave and rode the dragon slide.

It was a fun first week!

School is Out!

It has been fun to watch this kid finish kindergarten this week!

Logan did great in the kindergarten program. His sweet teacher also retired this year.

Grandma Bradshaw also came to support Logan.

Logan with his cute teacher.

I saw this cute idea on Pinterest and made a walk of fame leading up to our door when Logan came home from school.

He loved walking up and reading about all his accomplishments.

I also fixed up a quick and easy after school treat.

Safe to say he had a great year. Great job Logan! Hello summer!
