Lagoon

Benj's company had a Lagoon day last Saturday, so we went over for a few hours. Lagoon is so much different when you have a baby. Benj and I managed an adult ride (Wicked) but that was it. We spent most of the day eating, swimming, and riding the train and carousel. Logan had a little encounter with Bulgy the Whale, but I think it tramatized his mom more than him.
My cute boys
Logan cautiously looking at the swings, not too sure what to make of all this madness.

Before the carousel started, Logan wanted off. As soon as the ride began, he held on the pole, looked around, and had a grand ol' time.

Summer = Swimming

Our family has already been swimming several times this year. Logan and I did a mom-and-tot class in May and soon found out that Logan loves the water. We're lucky to have the Rec Center so close. We decided to check out the pirate ship and fountains last Saturday. It was busy, but so much fun!

Logan ready for the sun

He loves walking around in his tube

This little fountain was a huge hit. Baby size!
Daddy had fun playing too.

Right next to the fountains was this sign. Sad that they have to put that there.

More fountain fun.
Can I just say I have been looking forward to summer since it left last year. Its finally here!

Summer Bucket List

Logan and Benj at the Bees game on Monday

So, Benj and I have been so excited for warm weather and we've been planning a few things to do this summer. We're not doing any major trips (saving money) but there are so many fun things to do around here. Here's what's on our list so far:

- Go to a Bees game and Real Salt Lake game. We went to the Bees game on Monday and we'll definately do that again. Even Logan was into it.

- Hike Ensign Peak

- Go on a overnight camping trip. Any good places to go? We need suggestions.

- Go to Lagoon

- Visit the zoo (again) with Daddy

- Vacation to Bear Lake for 3-4 days

- Visit Yellowstone National Park

- Go to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point

- Go swimming at least once a week :)

- Use our BBQ at least once a week

- Visit Temple Square

I'm probably missing others but its early and I can't think of any more!
What are YOUR plans for the summer?
