Christmas Best

As always, an adventure to take any pictures of these crazy kids, but I love seeing them dressed up for Christmas Sunday (even if Logan isn't wearing any shoes yet). Enjoy!

And a self-timer shot - we got this on the second take. It was a Christmas miracle!

Jr. Darts

This was the first year Logan tried basketball! I love that he is so eager to try new things. He looked forward to it every week and improved with each game. He is a quick player and liked stealing the ball. His shot also got better and better. Here are a few photos of him in action.

Dance party anyone?

Last game photos.

So fun to have his friend Connor on his team!

Great job Logan!

Elfie Brings Breakfast

The Saturday after Thanksgiving we got a surprise for breakfast!

Elfie (formally known as Buddy) the Elf made his Christmas debut, complete with a book, letter for the kids, hot chocolate, and a delicious breakfast!

Max's chair was even decked out.

And Elfie must've known we had a couple special guests staying with us - Grandma and Grandpa Croft!

Max LOVES Grandpa, despite his face in this picture.

There's a smile! :)

It officially felt like Christmas at this moment! Ha!

Let the Christmas season begin!

Thanksgiving

So I didn't get any really great photos of Thanksgiving this year, but I at least wanted to post what I had. My mother-in-law was generous enough to host Thanksgiving this year. She also invited my Mom and Dad and Andy. I loved having them with us!

So we had our family, Marcy and Chase, Grandpa Jack and Grandma Mel, Alan, JoLynn and Andy Croft, Dave and Sheila Krogue and Inge Krogue.

Here's Benj carving the 30-lb turkey!

Grandma Croft, Norah and Andy.

 My sweet Max.

Grandma Bradshaw and Logan. Dinner was amazing!

As were the pies. Mmmmm.

Norah found the best seat in the house.

Feeling very grateful for my family, our health, our home and our happiness. Life is good!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Norah turns 3

Norah had a great birthday! She woke up to presents downstairs - a new dollhouse and everything you could possibly imagine to go with it!

She was so excited!

Followed by special birthday cake pancakes.

 Dressed in her new outfit

Norah decided she wanted to go to the Discovery Gateway museum. The kids loved it!

And we finished the day with dinner at Red Robin. You can see Norah was especially excited about the tower of doughnuts (sorry blurry phone pics)

On Sunday we had a party with family!

 Sweet birthday kiss from Daddy.

More presents! Norah got a beautiful Christmas dress from Grandma, a pea coat from Mom and Dad, jewelery, purse and teddy bear from the Krogues. She was a very happy girl.

Happy Birthday Norah!
